About The Shop on the Hiway
This space has been fully renovated from a service garage that was used by my late father while in business for 30 years. This space is situated on 16 acres of wooded land with easy access off a state highway. It has all the amenities of home such as a full kitchen, large gathering table, and comfy furniture. You can bring your own food or beverages to enjoy. Large serving areas in the kitchen and around the room are available. Enjoy the large TV with surround sound to watch movies or display business presentations. This space works well for small family get togethers or business functions. The space can accommodate up to 40 people by utilizing the extra folding tables and chairs that are available. WIFI is available.

Health and Safety Measures
Renters are required to clean all areas used to reflect the same condition as it was received. Brooms, mops, buckets and cleaners are available. Floors must be swept. Floors should be mopped if needed. All dishes must be loaded in dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to leaving. All counters and bathroom vanities should be wiped down with cleaner. All garbage must be removed and disposed of by the renter. All food brought to the space must be removed from premises when exiting. All chairs and tables must be washed, taken down and stored back in the storage room.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
