Our Westlake Village location has 2 large rooms for a combined total of 5000sqft. 805 WHITE offers 1,800+ sq. ft. of beautiful, versatile space perfect for a wide range of creative and professional needs. 805 Black offers approx 3300 sq ft. 805 White is our daylight-filled studio (with blackout drapes when needed) also features a full kitchen—ideal for food prep content, pop-up events, intimate gatherings, and food photography. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
