A Few House Rules: (Play Safe, and Play by the Rules) Safety Related: • Smoking inside of the house is strictly prohibited. • First aid kit and fire extinguishers are available in the event of an emergency and are located in the kitchen and laundry room. • Please call 911 in case of fire or other emergency. Gathering Reminders: • Gathering is subject to host approval. • Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit. Swimming Pool Rules: • NO LIFEGUARD, SWIM AT YOUR RISK. Please see swimming pool section. • Hosts will go over water level and chlorine requirement for necessary pool performance and no damages to pool equipment. Parking: • Parking is available in garage, carport and Park Area zone ONLY, NO PARKING in the grass and on the driveway as horse trailers may damage your vehicle. • Any cars parked outside of the fence line are subject to be towed at owner’s expense. Accessing WIFI: Wi-Fi router name is: YangWifi Password: Happy12345 Checking In • Check-in time is any time after 3:00 PM. We will do the best to accommodate early check in. • If early check-in is available, the option will be offered prior to arrival. $100 fee applies. • We offer keyless access to the property. You will be provided a front door code as well as garage door code. Please DO NOT share the codes with anyone except guests who are also staying at the property. • Check your email for check-in instructions. • Obtain Entry Code For security, detailed instructions on how to obtain entry code will be sent via email 1 day prior to arrival. • Please do not attempt to enter the property before property is ready and you have received entry code. • No dropping off luggage, using the bathroom, parking your vehicle, etc. This will assure a proper and efficient cleaning and inspection of the home. It is extremely important that these instructions are followed. Checking Out: (Failure to comply are subject to loss of security deposit) • Checkout time is any time before 11 am on your day of departure. • While we will do our best to accommodate requests for late checkouts, quite frequently we will have another guest arriving the same day and our cleaning schedule does not allow flexibility to extend a guest stay. As such to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would suggest adding another day, if it is available. • All garbage must be bagged and placed inside of the trash bin. Any loose trash attracts wild animals and creates sanitary hazard which may result additional clean up. • Make sure you turn off the stove, heater and lights. • Replace any furniture that was rearranged. • Make sure you lock the doors. Fireplace: • Inside fireplace usage is NOT allowed. Pets Related: • Pets are welcome! It must be approved before the stay and is subject to additional nonrefundable pet fees. • Pet owner is responsible for any pet damages beyond security deposit. Failures to comply with house rules and any damages or missing furnishings are subject to loss of security deposit. Swimming Pool Related: (Play Safe and Play by the Rules) THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK Hallelujah Hideout will be not responsible for any injuries while using the swimming pool. • Access to the Swimming Pool Area is only granted to people staying at the Hallelujah Hideout. • Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear. • Use extreme cautions for diving as it can lead to injury. • Pool is only for swimming, any other fun play in the pool should be avoided. • Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the swimming pool. • Chewing tobacco inside the pool premises is strictly prohibited. • Person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool complex or in the surrounding area. • Spitting, spouting of water, blowing nose in the pool are prohibited. • Throwing litter in pool premises is strictly prohibited as it may choke pipelines/drainage system of swimming pool. • Do not swim when you are hungry, exhaustive, overheated and for at least an hour after the meal. • Gum chewing is not permitted anywhere in the pool area for health and safety reasons. • Walk; do not run in and around the pool facility for your safety. • Host is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area. • These rules and regulations are subject to change any time without notice. Trash and Cleaning Related: (Play Safe and Play by the Rules) • Although we have the property regularly treated for pests. We ask you keep all food in airtight containers or in the refrigerator, dispose of all food scraps, and do not leave dirty dishes in sink or on counter tops. • Any remaining dishes should be run through dishwasher at checkout. • All garbage has to be bagged and left in the big trash container in the garage upon check out and covered at all times. • Guests are also responsible for trash left on the grounds to the fenced property. The charged cleaning fee is for normal guest stays not for the occasion where the individuals did not clean up empty bottles, cigarette butts, cups, plates, napkins, food or where guests or visitors have become ill from drinking excessively. • If you are on an extended stay and desire housekeeping during the visit, please contact us so such services can be arranged at an additional fee. Extended Stay Guests ONLY: Trash pick up: Every Monday and Thursday Recycle Bin pickup (Blue Bin) Every Monday ONLY Please take the bins to the property entry area for pickup. ****BARN INFORMATION**** (FOR YOUR SAFETY, BARN ACCESS IS STRICTLY RESTRICTED) There is a working horse stable facility connected to this amazing retreat. You will see the trainers and barn workers busy with the horses. We ask guests to NOT visit the barn or and use extreme caution when petting pasture horses. No climbing on the fence. For your safety, children under age of 14 must be accompanied by adults at all time. Unless there is a pre-arrangement made with the host, barn visit MUST BE ESCORTED. Guided horse-riding lessons are available at additional costs, limitations and restrictions apply. Please check with your host.
