This gated, private, and beautifully preserved estate provides exceptional versatility. The 4,155 square foot house is located on a 0.53 acre lot in the heart of Beverly Hills. This spacious estate offers 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as a resort-like feel backyard with a built-in pool. By just standing in the backyard, one can overlook the beauty that is Los Angeles. With quadruple front doors, moving any equipment in or out of the property will be a breeze.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
