Welcome to our studio, a privately owned rentable photo / video studio that is truly a creative playground! All sets are original, unique, and modular. Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste. Unlimited creative potential perfect for photo / video / podcasts. This space includes: 1. Boho Room - 18ft deep neutral BoHo-styled room, that comes with a White Peacock Chair, a Large Grey couch, a Gold bar cart, and wine bottle rack, light pink accessories, a gold dresser, gold, and white shelving, white canvas chair and a lot of blankets and rugs! 2. Edison Bulb Forest - A 22 ft deep all-black tunnel with 25+ Edison bulbs that all can be controlled by each row or individually. This room is awesome for interviews, acoustic videos, and solo sessions. 3. Old Bar Room - This 18ft. deep room is decorated to look like your favorite old hole-in-the-wall bar that has been there forever. We have plastered the walls with more decorations than needed haha all centered around music, texas, drinks, and bright colors! Included for props are a matching orange chair, 2 vintage speakers, and a pinata! 4. Industrial Steel and Pallet Room - This 18ft. deep room is decorated to resemble an industrial warehouse space. Lit with RGB lights to help set the vibe. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Between bookings, we wipe down all surfaces, vacuum, and mop common areas, clean bathrooms, take out the trash if it is near full, and wipe down door handles and commonly touched surfaces. We change out all of our air filters in the building every 2 weeks, sticky pads are provided on the floor for shoe cleaning before shooting.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
