About the Space
Retro Kitchen Set that is fully outfitted with vintage appliances from the 40's, 50's and 60's. Travel back in time and capture the bright and eccentric stylings of classic homemaking. Shoot or light through the open sink window pre-dressed with drapes and blinds. Our checkered laminate flooring takes a unique twist by alternating baby blue and black to match the sink. Green Room and Lobby lounge area are included spaces in the booking that allow every talent and crew member to feel comfortable during the shoot. A bonus seamless 9' wall is included in every rental for additional content or set-ups. Colors include White, Black and Tech Green. Upon arriving use our loading dock and 12'x10' loading door to enter the space. Studio is located on the first floor and has controlled lighting. Enhanced cleaning measures: The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
