A medium-sized space, less than 900 sq ft but offers a large amount of opportunities! This space can be so many different things. All the furniture can be moved to make it just what you want! The main room with its light gray wood floors and tall white ceilings is a dream for photography, its cozy nature has also been a calming environment for therapists, and the studio's peace and quiet from the crazy of everyday life has offered many an oasis away from home to work in. This would also be a wonderful place to host a small event or a class. The studio's courtyard is a photographer's dream and can offer your clients indoor and outdoor photo opportunities. The courtyard also offers a great place to take a break and or enjoy a meal or an outdoor meeting! The is a side room that is carpeted and smaller, 2 storage rooms and a large private bathroom. Everything is handicap friendly!

The studio is cleaned before and after each rental. There are also cleaning supplies on-site for additional cleaning and maintaining the state you found the studio in.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
