Our space in incredible for dances, concerts, sound healing / breath work /meditation events as well as parties and weddings. Also fabulous for photography, filming, and we have a full kitchen which is excellent for filming cooking shows and demonstrations.

Your set up and tear down (clean up) must happening within your rental hours. Minimum rental of 4 hours. Cleaning fee always added on. You are welcome to move furniture and shift the layout of our space, We ask that you leave the space back to the way that you found it at the end. Have fun!

Parking description

There is one free guaranteed parking space for the event space, and there is lots of parking in the complex for evening venue rentals. More parking is available on Campbell Street and Dupont Street. For daytime rentals, complex parking is first come first serve.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building - Outside catering is allowed - Dry events welcome - Must attain a special events license to serve alcohol at your event from the AGCO website - simple process - responsible for the fee. - 30 Banquet chairs available and three folding tables - all other rentals must be outsourced - The space must be fully cleaned up and returned to the original layout - Security Cameras inside and outside space will be active - Standard 30-day cancellation policy - All garbage is to be taken out to the on-site area by the renter prior to leaving the venue

Security cameras and recording devices

The space is Equipped with TWO Tapo Security Camera's each with 360 degree range. These are hung in the ceiling and cannot be tampered with. There is also a Security Camera on the outside of the space over the front entrance.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is regularly cleaned professionally. High touch surfaces are also regularly disinfected. Each booking includes a Standard Cleaning Fee of $240 and this is used to hire staff to clean the venue thoroughly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
