Our garden facing gem. Dr. Seuss overlooks our outdoor space and features its own living wall of plants, bringing the outside in. Natural light pours through the window, making this the perfect spot for those longer brainstorming sessions and meetings where fresh thinking needs fresh air (even if it's just the view). When the weather's good, take your meeting outside. Our garden has tables where you can continue discussions over lunch or use as breakout space, with views across to St Thomas' Hospital. Comfortably seats 8 to 10 people around the table. You'll have access to a projector, whiteboards, a portable smart TV, and speakers. Unlimited teas and coffees available for an additional £3 per head. No catering is provided, but you can bring your own or order in. Our kitchen and amenities (microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery) are yours to use.

We have professional cleaning every evening, but we do need our visitors to clean up after themselves and to leave the space as they found it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
