About the Space
This Cozy Chic 255 sqft private space is perfect for intimate meetings, gatherings, photo shoots etc. . With aesthetic decor displayed throughout the space, take content photos for your brand or business or host a small get together or workshop. Great for meetings for up to 15 people seated comfortably. This space is equipped with different seating for your guests, with two bar style seating areas that can fit 3-4 guests, a love seat, two tables to sit 2-4 , additional chairs can be provided if needed. Large windows with great lighting during the day. Bistro lights make this space feel so cozy in the evening. Black out curtains available if needed. Bluetooth speaker available for use for light music. Inside the space is a kitchen/bar area which is not accessible or included in space. Single and clean working restroom. High speed Wifi included. Message Jess with any questions and/or special requests.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
We do not have heating source and do not allow open flames. However, an electrical crock-pot or slow cookers to keep food warm are acceptable.
Available to use in the space are two small square table with 4 chairs, window bar height table that seats 3, and our bar table that seats 4. We can also clear off a small section of our bar (where the display case is in photos) upon request.
We have 4 table chairs and 7 bar stools included in the space.
We have one love seat (fits 3) included in the space
We offer the use of our bluetooth speaker, which is included in rental rate. Speaker can be used with our shop phone that has music apps installed or can link your personal phone to play music.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space was perfect yet again. It's my second time using Social Blends and I've also recommended it to many others. The host is very nice and super accommodating that was important to me. She made me feel welcomed and invited into her space. I had a small prayer gathering and my guest loved the ambience of it all. I actually live in Jacksonville now, but anytime I'm having a small event in Orlando, I'll choose this venue. Thanks again.

I booked this venue for my engagement party and it did not disappoint. The ambiance was amazing and the intimate space allowed for some real bonding. The host was so amazing and she was really great with responding and making sure we had the best experience possible. It is such a quaint and lovely venue, I definitely recommend you book. I had such an amazing time hosting my party here.

We had a great time in this space and it was perfect for what we hosted. 19 guests for a birthday fit great being cozy without being crammed. The best part was the natural decor, it was beautiful and we only had to bring balloons to top it off! They also gave us access to a fridge which was very very helpful so we didn’t have to take up floor space with coolers (I don’t think it was mentioned in the listing). All guests were charmed and asking about the venue. I’m already recommending the space to others and will continue to for rentals and for their normal business!

I hosted a tea party-themed baby shower and it was wonderful, the venue host has great pricing for the venue and she is very accommodating. She was very responsive and communicated well, I had an array of questions and requests and she assisted and resolved them all. I even had a technical issue and lost the venue last minute, which she helped solve promptly along with peerspace. Allowing the event to continue with no delays and saving the day. I enjoyed borrowing her wonderful space and would consider it again for future events.

I rented this space for a Sunday morning brunch and it was exactly what we needed for a cozy and intimate social gathering. It was nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. Jessica and her staff were very helpful and accommodating and you can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. It’s a great value and I would definitely rent again in the future.
