Located on 15 acres of serene family-owned land in Needville, TX, our rustic event venue offers a tranquil and inviting setting for intimate occasions. Nestled amidst nature's beauty, our venue provides a peaceful escape where guests can relax and celebrate special moments. With its rustic charm and warm ambiance, our venue is the perfect backdrop for creating cherished memories. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Shelbey & Sebastian were fantastic hosts and went out of their way to ensure our wedding day was nothing short of amazing! All of our guests loved the property and all of the scenic amenities like the pond fountain, open barn, livestock and ceremony field. The casita was a very nice touch. We also loved all of the space there was to move around and fit our 90+ guests w/ ease. They were also very flexible with options & add-ons for the booking. Our guests enjoyed having the lawn games that were included. We also loved the generous amount of included standard decor on the property that we could add our own touch to (dance floor, disco ball, hanging lights, sign in table, sweetheart table, etc.). Another HUGE plus was that they gave us the option to rent the venue for a few hours the day before the wedding to setup & rehearsal the ceremony. This made the actual day of the wedding go wayyyyy smoother. If you’re looking to have a DIY wedding or even an all inclusive package wedding, this is a perfect option that you won’t regret. Will definitely recommend this venue to others, as it truly helped make our wedding day feel extra special!

Shelbey and Sebastian were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The venue is lovely, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to have a large crowd on a tight budget. The attentiveness to detail on the decorations was the cherry on top. We would definitely consider Mesa Ranch again for any sizeable gathering.

This space was perfect for my wedding. Shelbey and Sebastian did a wonderful job having everything so perfect for when we arrived, the lights add a beautiful aspect for when it got dark out. They are very nice to work with and super helpful and quick to respond. Great views, ambiance, and parking.
