Indie-Life Studio is as perfect for a small business strategy meeting as it is for a film shoot wrap party. Intimate, comfy, and flexible with 2 floor plans. The bi-level loft style storefront has a distinct character and great energy. Enjoy the space for as little as an hour and a half or blockout the entire day. Our unique space is excellent for group meetings, pop-up shops, product launches, listening parties, art galleries, workshops, and gatherings of all kinds. Need help planning? Health and Safety Measures
Utility / Cleaning Cleaning service will be provided by Indie-Life no less than once a month. Please keep the place tidy and neat in the interim. Cleaning supplies are located on the shelf in the restroom. Basic tools (hammer, screwdrivers, nails, screws, measuring tape, etc) Spare light bulbs and other utility items can be found in the cabinet next to the fridge downstairs. Extra Toilet paper, paper towels and surplus cleaning supplies/tools are located in the storage space above the restroom. Trash Removal Trash pick-up is every Wednesday; you may place trash curbside in front of the studio on Tuesday evenings, after 6:00pm. If you want to take out trash on any other days, you may store it in the alley to the right, next to the hair salon.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
