We shall not be responsible for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on or off the premises. We shall not be responsible for the loss of any personal property, belongings, or valuables during your stay. We shall not be responsible for any items left behind. You agree that access to the premises is only valid during the reservation and that occupancy ends with maturity or cancellation of the reservation. Unapproved late check-out $150 every 30 minutes after reservation ended. Missing or damaged items such as décor, kitchenware, or any others, will be assessed a fee on an item-by-item basis, depending on the cost to replace. No drinking. No smoking. If you break something, or an item is missing, you will be required to full cover expense of replacement; venue owner will have the freedom to purchase replacement of similar item that is available in the shortest amount to replacement time. This replacement cost will be the responsibility of the renter (who broke the item, or if an item is missing). This includes all property on site. You agree to signing our own lease/rental agreement, prior to completing rental agreement.
