Welcome to our studios! We're Baltimore's top destination for creators. Our warehouse features 8 pre built video/ photo sets, a dance/ rehearsal studio and 2 audio recording studios. Video/ Photo sets: -Classroom -Locker room -Laundromat -Corner Store -Artillery Room -Bar -LED Wall -LED Cube -Graffiti Ally When booking please notify us on what sets you would like to use. When choosing sets, we highly recommend booking 1 hour or more per set. For example, if you plan fro use 5 sets, we recommend that you book at least 5 hours.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Space overall was great - host was very responsive and instructions were very clear on entrance. Space overall was as expected per the photos provided by the space. Only negatives were a few parts of the decor were broke and not working which would have been nice for the shoot but I would certainly use the space again regardless.

This was a decent experience. The studio was nice, the facility chaperone was accommodating and very willing to help. The facility does lack any dressing room for models beyond the bathroom so I would say come camera ready when you rent this space. It was an extremely hot day and though the AC was on it was definitely warm, however when trying to cool a facility this size in a short time is really impossible so I really have no complaints there. All in all it was a good experience. The location can be a little intimidating but don’t let it bother you. This studio is secure and has great parking that is safe.
