About the Space
Large white space that fits 250 standing or 150 seated with dance floor. Perfect place for small weddings and receptions but also adjustable for nightlife. We have couches, tables chairs and pretty much anything you need to make your event great. We have large tv's and projectors to display your content, slideshows etc.....

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Mel always comes through! No complaints at all. He worked with me on a VERY last minute booking and was very responsive. Our event was amazing and the people loved the vibe. Will definitely book again!

Beautiful venue. The space is as advertised however some of the accommodations weren’t clearly communicated. Just be sure to ask and get clarity. He allowed us to view the space several times beforehand so that was appreciated. We arrived to the venue and nothing was setup or cleaned. We ended up having to get everything done HOWEVER after talking with Mel and sorting out some miscommunication he went above and beyond to accommodate us including upgrading the tables and seats. We hosted a spokenword event there and it was fantastic!! This space is recommended but the owner just needs to be more effective in making sure users’ expectations are met. All in all, we will book again! Mel was very nice.

Using this space for our video shoot was really amazing! It had all the space we needed and more. Mel went above and beyond helping us set everything up for the day and made the whole event a success. Definitely will be booking again!
