About the Space
This quaint and coordinated beach house has gigantic beach view windows which provide ample natural light. The space is maintained as an airbnb with color coordinated decor that can be easily moved around to fit the need of the shoot or event. The backyard has one of the largest backyard space available for ocean front homes in Oceanside. There is foliage outside that can be used for head shots if needed, but with the pacific as a back drop you may never want to go inside. There are plenty of rocks easily accessible for seated pictures as well. It is 4 blocks from the pier, one block from the oceanfront walk and first beach lifeguard tower, along with other Oceanside murals close so if there is a desire to shoot both on site and then move to offsite photos, it is really easy to transition.

Parking description
Pacific Street and surrounding cross streets have free street parking, but street sweeping signs must be obeyed. There is one driveway space available for parking. There is also nearby city of Oceanside paid lot parking if there is no street parking on available streets.

Lighting description
The space has plenty of natural light. There are also black out curtains available for downstairs room and 95% black out curtains available upstairs controlled by remote on wall. There is also plenty of artificial light to use if needed.

Ambient noise description
We are on a fairly busy street, but no noise can be heard once in house. We are close to neighbors, but both houses are Airbnb's with same noise rules as ours so there isn't a neighbor issue

There are two levels. Ground floor living room space featured in pictures is accessed through ground floor. To get to backyard and beach you must use stairs.

The power rating is good, newly updated. Plenty of outlets and outlets outside if needed.

General Rules
No smoking indoors, outdoors ok. Must bring extra trashcans for any event with more than 12 people. Must rinse feet off with outdoor hose prior to entering home after being on sand or in ocean. There are towels that are provided for drying off. If shooting in ocean and needing to use indoor shower after, please request that towels be placed for that. No usage of the washer or dryer is permitted. Must bring all your own paper towels and toilet paper for events larger than 12 people. Please place all trash in trash cans outside house prior to leaving.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
You can move any of the furniture pieces in living room and outside around. You may not move dining table in living space because it is too heavy.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have professional cleaners that meet all Airbnb high cleaning standards clean in between each booking and it's QA'ed by host.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
