Located in the heart of East Liberty, the Liberty Bank Building offers over 10,000 square feet of freshly renovated coworking, office, and event space. Designed by Frederick Osterling and built in 1890, the building was purchased from the URA and underwent a full interior gut and renovation. The roof was completely replaced and floors stripped down and covered in polished concrete. The stairwell and terrazzo landings were largely preserved and a skylight added above to bring in light. The original window forms were also preserved with new custom-made windows. Our 1,200 sq ft flexible event space in the 202 suite features enormous windows, tons of natural light, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and filtered water dispenser, ADA bathroom, and is elevator accessible. Bookings include access to one of the attached private offices for use as a breakout room, and a main space that is currently furnished with tables and chairs for seating. There is also a couch in the lounge area. Furniture within 202 may be rearranged to suit your event's needs, as long as the space is returned to its original configuration at the conclusion of the booking.
