Located in the heart of East Liberty, the Liberty Bank Building offers over 10,000 square feet of freshly renovated coworking, office, and event space. Designed by Frederick Osterling and built in 1890, the building was purchased from the URA and underwent a full interior gut and renovation. The roof was completely replaced and floors stripped down and covered in polished concrete. The stairwell and terrazzo landings were largely preserved and a skylight added above to bring in light. The original window forms were also preserved with new custom-made windows. Our 1,200 sq ft flexible event space in the 202 suite features enormous windows, tons of natural light, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and filtered water dispenser, ADA bathroom, and is elevator accessible. Bookings include access to both of the attached private offices for use as breakout rooms, and a main space that is currently furnished with six (6) tables and twenty-four (24) chairs for seating. There is also a couch in the lounge area. Please note that if you request to rearrange the furniture within 202, there will be a $250 fee to cover staff time to make the arrangements and coordinate with you on the desired layout. Please also note that if your event begins or extends after 5pm, or falls on the weekend, there will be a staffing fee of $250 assessed. This is to make sure a staff member is available for any issues or questions during your booking, outside of our normally staffed hours! All bookings will also have a $150 cleaning fee assessed to cover basic pre and post-event cleaning. Any mess, spills, or damage found after events will be assessed accordingly and reported to Peerspace and/or submitted for reimbursement as necessary.
