About the Space
Our sun-drenched 1500 sq ft Mid-century modern design loft features a world-class collection of extremely rare and authentic vintage art/design pieces. The interior is designed to be one of a kind, a space you will find nowhere else in the world. It is completely modular for the needs of each production/event and we offer an additional collection of staging furniture upon request. We invite you to be inspired by these objects as well as the beautiful space, lit up by a huge central skylight that casts sun throughout the day. The professional kitchen, equipped with a 6-burner Viking range and a large central marble island, has hosted celebrity chefs and even had an entire Taste Aware-winning best short film shot inside of it! Endless possibilities in this space to get creative with - we look forward to hearing from you.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has additional space outdoors
