!!!!!!!!!!THIS BOOKING REQUIRES A ONE HOUR FOR SET UP AND ONE HOUR FOR BREAKDOWN!!!!!!!!!! *FOUR HOUR MINIMUM* 2000SGFT of space Event space for hosting baby showers, birthdays, weddings, etc! This is ONLY the space. There is no decor, tables, chairs or linens. We do provide on sight trash cans but do NOT provide trash bags. All vendors are provided by the client. Four hour minimum with set up and take down included in booking. OUTSIDE SPACE As pictured we have outdoor space for rent at an additional hourly charge of $100. The carport if not used for parking is considered an additional outside area. Set up of additional tables and chairs are not permitted without the additional charge KITCHEN There are two residential kitchen / prep for rent at an additional hourly charge of $100. OVERNIGT STAYS There are TWO airbnbs below and above the event space with private access. Above is a 4bedroom 2.5 bathroom apartment at nightly cost of $275 Below is 1bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment at a nightly cost of $175

We have two standard kitchens and prep areas for rent at an additional cost for cooking and/or warming food.

The space was great, looks exactly as pictured! Perfect for what I used it for which was a baby shower. The natural lighting is great. My guest enjoyed it. Overall great experience.

I recently had my wedding at this venue, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The initial meeting with the venue/host was pleasant and great but unfortunately, every meeting after that was frustrating. Communication throughout the whole process was inconsistent - some messages on Peerspace but mostly thru verbal convo onsite. We trusted that the host was being fair…until the day before our wedding she started going back on things previously discussed. Specifically us setting up the day before - initially she told us and our decorator we could set up the day before but it had to be after 4pm, then the day of set up she said any set up time needed would be taken from our wedding day time and there would be a fee. She was very rude during the convo, made no move to take accountability for not telling us of the time constraint or cost, no apology or empathy. During our convo I went to review the listing and noticed that it’s been updated since we initially reserved and now has info included that was not originally there. Unfortunately we do not have a screenshot of the original to hold her to it. Morning of my wedding day, my decorator calls me says there is a leak in the reception area that’s prohibiting them from setting up. I reached out to the venue and she seemed unbothered, said she will have the cleaning lady bring a towel. The lady came, dropped the towel on the water and walked away. The towel wasn’t even sufficient for the size of the leak! Thankfully, I was told an older gentleman came to check out the leak and resolved the issue. He was nice and showed that he cared and wanted to provide a good service. He was the only positive of the whole exchange that day. Other issues include: * The restroom had no hand soap, toilet paper, or trash cans. * The DJ reported inadequate power issues, making it difficult for our entertainment to play properly. * Access to the top floor was inconvenient, as it required a single key fob that slowed down the flow of our event. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the owner’s behavior. She was noticed throughout my wedding walking around with a scowl on her face scoping out everything. She did not speak directly to us but numerous people noticed her and asked us questions. Her behavior, rudeness towards my vendors, unprofessionalism, and slow response time to urgent issues, added unnecessary stress on our special day. To top it off, we felt overcharged for the services provided, with fees tacked on for nearly everything (we were charged to use the parking area as our ceremony). Based on my experience, I would not recommend this venue to anyone. The lack of professionalism and poor facilities made what should have been a joyous occasion into a frustrating ordeal. The only plus we truly enjoyed was the Airbnb space on the top floor.

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful venue. The host was very communicative and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything or had any questions. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone and would book again!!!!!

This was indeed a beautiful space, my event turned out beautifully. Having extra supplies on site for events would be helpful for upcoming clients, toilet paper, trash cans and bags, and soap. Everyone loved the lighting and how we set the space up for a fun filled day of fashion, shopping and education.
