About the Space

Great for celebrations, launches and pop-ups and located on the first floor. The venue has a high 11' ceiling throughout and totals 3,500 ft² which includes a 300 ft² commercial kitchen with walk in cooler (use for additional fee). ***Ask us about our weekday discount!!*** AVAILABLE AMENITIES include WiFi, built-in, surround-sound Sonos audio system, and cocktail/reception area that can be blocked off with rustic wood, built-in pocket doors. 12 large and sturdy wood tables with 120 black metal chairs also available for a small fee. The venue is near LACC in the Hollywood/Vermont neighborhood. There is a large parking lot that can accommodate 12 cars. More cars can fit with valet. Free street parking is also available on Berendo St and Santa Monica Blvd. Ground-level access with a large front entrance to accommodate easy set up. Visitor's first reaction is that it is larger than it appears in photographs. The space provides a comfortable place for hosting parties, meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events and book signings, with easy access to transportation and parking. Within walking distance to Santa Monica and Vermont Metro station, as well as LACC and Sunset Blvd Hospitals (Kaiser, Children's Hospital, etc). Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Venue has janitorial staff that cleans floors, bathrooms, kitchen, etc before each booking. Bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with hand soap and paper towels. Bathrooms are also stocked with toilet paper, and seat covers.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
