About the Space
Our mid century modern home offers tropical backyard, complete with outdoor shower, pool and 7 ft hot water soaking tub. This is a historic neighborhood, our home offers 70's touches like exposed beams and sunken living room. The chef's kitchen has a huge gas stove with 6 burners and industrial size fridge. There's a Miele built in coffee machine. The backyard offers lush vegetation like banana trees, magnolia trees, and lot of different plants. We turned the garage into a studio complete with seamless paper, strobe light, umbrella's, scrims, reflectors, light stands, black and white vflat. Can shoot with garage door closed or open for natural light.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
