Small budget friendly productions work well in my space. Short films, student films, music videos, promos/commercials. Great outdoor amenities like a few roof tops, a gym, and a lounge if there isn't too much of a set up can be used as well for quick scenes. If not they may ask for a film permit but I've shot multiple quick things on my roof tops, gym, lounge and its been fine. It's the big light set ups that will be dead giveaways for the amenities. The couch has a cover its actually blue underneath so the couch cover can be removed if need be. Lots of great natural light if you shoot in the day time.
