Our space is the perfect venue for all of your needs. 5 floors with ample space, a bar, two observation decks, music hookups, great lighting, and some of the richest history in Denver. Our space is not one to miss. We host a variety of events such as weddings, proposals, photoshoots, team meetings, conferences, fitness classes, markets, and anything else you can think of. This space is available for: - photoshoots - boudoir, engagement, fashion, headshots, portrait and more! - video/film shoots - content creation - vlogging - commercials - etc Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
