About the Space
Perfect for meetings, baby showers, bridal parties, banquets, or any small gathering. Accommodates 25-30 people in our main area with an attached room that holds an additional 10-12. Our additional room has a sofa and button chairs, perfect for lounge style seating. Tables and chairs included with rental. Parking located in the front and back of the building
General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
Only the sink and microwave are for guest use.
Do not use the ovens or refrigerator.
Counters are attached to wheels, but they are locked. Please do not attempt to move the counters as they are fragile and susceptible to damage if improperly handled.
Drink display fridge is not for public use. Do not take beverages from the fridge.
All ages are allowed in the space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after every event using the most up to date cleaning products and procedures as outlined by the Gwinnett County Department of Environmental Health
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
