The 4400 sq ft home is centrally located and a 5 minute drive to downtown and a 15 minute walk to NW 23rd where the best shops and restaurants are located. The location is less than a mile from many attractions including Portland Japanese Garden, Pittock Mansion, Washington Park, and Providence Park (Timbers/Thorn Stadium). There is a large patio that can be used for outdoor events. Other spaces great for gatherings including the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen and den area. The house also have great ideas for entertaining young children and kids as well. There are sonos speakers throughout the house which allows for seamless control of music.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
