Once inside there are magnesite stairs leading up to the living space containing a living, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. It has 1936 Mediterranean character, beamed ceilings and modern amenities. There is a front narrow balcony with occasional long distance views of the Hollywood sign. The secluded rear balcony has a trellised space with a two seater outdoor couch and coffee table and faux plants. Guest access The gated entry to the courtyard leads to your private space. Please note that there may be guests in the main house, so showing consideration by limiting noise in the courtyard is appreciated.
