STAGE35 has (3) designated parking spots within the gated lot. (5) additional spots are available for $25/day each if needed. On most days there is ample street parking. DO NOT PARK IN SPOTS BELONGING TO OTHER TENANTS. If you do, the business owning the spots will have your car towed. We will NOT be responsible for this.

Two 4x8 frosted skylights with operable blackout doors. Pre-Lit Cyc Walls with KinoFlo ParaBeam and Image Fixtures. White Cyc is Lit w 5500k.

We are immediately adjacent to the Burbank airport. Space will become quiet during 10pm-6am hours in keeping with flight moratorium.

The large freight elevator is accessible through the loading area in the parking lot,

Production has the option between (2) 50amp distribution boxes or bring your own boxes and use the 100amp cam lock hookups. The stage lighting is on a separate circuit. Hair and makeup has been upgraded to 20-amp dedicated.

No shoes in the cyclorama. No touching of cyclorama walls. No smoking inside the building. No loitering, staging or storage in corridors. Do not park in spots not designated for the studio. Outside catering is allowed. Alcohol may be served but not sold. You may move or adjust anything within the space (except stage lighting) provided your return everything to its original location/position/condition. Live music allowed. Nudity allowed. Pets are allowed. All local, state and federal laws must be complied with when on property. You are expected to leave the facility is the exact condition you received it. FURTHER DETAILS EQUIPMENT RENTALS We have exclusive agreements with the larger rental shops. Let us know in advance what you need and we can have it delivered to the studio at no cost. 48hrs notice is preferred - but there are times when we can make magic happen as well... TOTAL TIME OF RENTAL The clock starts when you at the booking time. If you have booked the space for 6AM this will be the time your rental commences, NOT when you actually arrive. We will attempt to allow for 15-minutes of advance entry to allow for mobilization, however this is not guaranteed and is dependent on the booking schedule for that day. Please request this in advance. Rental hours end when you, your team, your equipment, your materials and any sign you were ever here have been completely packed up in your vehicles and you have left the property. If you achieve this prior to the end of your booking, we'll give you a glowing review but alas we cannot credit for time not used. If your exodus occurs after your booking time ends we will need to charge the time at 1.5X in 15-minute intervals. This is not meant to be a profit center for the studio - this is intended to discourage late exits that may compromise the next booking and subsequent schedule. Remember our work starts when you leave. This includes your breakdown time. Your total time is running until you have completely vacated the premises. If you feel you may need extra time - please book it. USE OF CYCLORAMAS and GOOD HOUSEKEEPING REQUIREMENTS If we need to repaint the cyc floor, it's ($150 for white and $250 for chroma-green) extra (depending on the number of coats needed), which basically covers the cost of paint and direct labor. This sometimes happens with shoots that take the whole day or where lots of people end up walking all over the floor without the booties. THE USE OF COLORED CONFETTI or any glitter is prohibited and REQUIRES a minimum $200 REPAINT FEE. The use of any type of glitter/confetti/feathers (etc.) adds an additional cleaning fee. If any of these or similar elements are crucial to your production, you are best advised to discuss with us prior to avoid costly cleaning charges. Please limit access to the cyclorama to essential cast and crew. Booties must be worn when working in the cyc and taken off when you step out of the cyc. If your model or cast must have shoes, please tape the bottoms. If equipment or stands are placed in the cyc, please lay down the provided blankets to protect the floor. If you need free rein within the cyc, that's cool too, just let us know in advance and be prepared to cover a modest repaint fee. DO NOT place any weight, items or persons within 12" of where the cyclorama walls begin to curve upwards. This area is constructed from thin material, is NOT intended to bear weight and is very susceptible to damage. Repairs are very costly due to the time it takes for the material to cure and the associated down-time caused by this repair. If your production causes damage to the point that the studio needs to be taken off-line for repairs you will be liable for the direct cost to repair the damages as well as any lost income as a result of canceled bookings for the following 72-hours. Please be respectful and leave the space exactly how you found it and everything will be just fine. We are not looking to blame anyone for existing damages, but be assured we are very familiar with our space and its condition. (We just renovated it ourselves). Do not put your shoes on the furniture. The studio will be clean enough to leave your shoes in the entry and chill in your socks and we encourage this. Do not leave food trash or bulky trash items in the studio - we have a bin in the parking lot, please use it. LIGHTING AND GRID You may hang items from the grid per your needs. Do not exceed a single point load of 40#'s or 50# per 4 linear feet of pipe. Should you need to suspend a heavier item please consult with us prior. Please do not move or adjust our lights! Exception can be made for multi-day (3days or more) rentals if discussed with us prior. SMOKING In California it is illegal to smoke or vape (weed or anything else) in a commercial facility, therefore SMOKING or VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO. If someone breaks the rules THERE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC CLEANING CHARGE OF $150. If you or your crew must smoke - this needs to be done outside the building at the ground level! Do not smoke just outside the doors to the building. Do not leave cigarette butts behind (that's just gross - your parents raised you better). CLEANING FEE Our cleaning fee covers a minimum trip-charge for a janitorial service to tidy up the restroom, sweep the floors and dust horizontal services. This DOES NOT cover excessive cleaning such as mopping up spills, cleaning the fridge or microwave, painting anything, reorganizing convenience items (sandbags, apple boxes, blankets, etc...) We have a touch of OCD - which works in your favor when you see the space you are renting, but we do expect the space to be returned exactly how you found it. Please. BUILDING MANNERS Please consider our building a cohort. We share the space with good tenants and good people and we all respect and look out for each other. We expect that same from you. Please respect the following: Do not store any items in the corridors. Leave the freight elevator with the doors closed so others may call the elevator from their floor. Do not conduct business, hang out or have long conversations in the corridors (use the studio or parking lot for such ancillary activities) Do not park in spots not belonging to the studio. Our 3-spaces will be marked. (street parking is ample - have at it) Do not leave crew trucks in the loading space for longer than it takes to load/unload. Do not ask neighboring tenants to be quiet for your shoot. (the space below is occupied by a fabricator - expect to hear them at times.) Do not use spray paint anywhere. This includes the parking lot. Everyone is typically tolerant to noise and music during business hours - however if another tenant asks you to lower the music or reduce your noise level please do so. You may typically be as loud as you please on weekends and between 6pm - 8am. NOISE We are a stone's throw from the Burbank Airport runway. We have made acoustical improvements to the studio however you WILL hear the planes take off. This is not an ideal studio if you need to record clean audio without advanced noise cancelling mics. The space is typically very quiet after 10pm (Airport noise curfew is 10p-6a.) Between these hours you may hear random loud cars or sirens but for the most part - it will be silent. BOOKING SCHEDULE If you see the space is booked already for a block of time on the same day you are booking, please allow for at least one hour in between bookings. This will ensure we have time to assess and prepare the space for the next production. ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES Do not do anything illegal in our space or on our property. In fact we generally encourage you to a be well mannered, law abiding citizen. It just makes for a more pleasant world.... HAVE FUN, ENJOY YOUR TIME HERE, AND CREATE SOMETHING TRULY MAGICAL!
