Option between Cam-Lok hookups or (2) 50amp distribution boxes. 7.5 Tons of Air Conditioning (2) 4’x8’ Frosted Skylights with the Option to Block Out. Skyklights are concealed unless requested otherwise. 4k # Freight elevator The Space: We are close to the airport, so noise sensitive productions are advised to use the space between 10pm and 6am. The space is available 24/hrs 7/days There are no noise restrictions. (Within reason) From 7am-6pm Be Respectful to Other Tenants. From 6pm-7am Loud Music/Noisy Productions are a Non-Issue. We are located on the second floor, with a ground level loading space and freight elevator.
