About the Space

The Church: The main sanctuary is located on the first floor with 200 seats and room for 75 more. Great for services, conferences, weddings, seminars, speaking engagements, Christenings, board meetings, catering events etc. Main sanctuary includes video wall, two flat screen TV's and confidence monitor, stage lighting, top of the line and new sound system, keyboard, bass amplifier, and drum set. 7 wireless Shure mics, 5 wired mics w/stands, and 1 lavalier. Streaming available with two state of the art cameras. Lobby: Lobby area is furnished with 6 high top tables with matching high chairs and a kitchenette for a cafe feel. 70 inch flat screen TV provided with wi-fi. Can be used for small meetings, viewings, and more. The Community Hall Located on the second floor of the building, the community hall is a spacious, light-flooded room which provides a blank slate that can be turned into anything. The space fits up to 275 guests. Commercial size kitchen is located in the hall has a comfortable design and makes it possible to arrange catering according to your requirements. Sound system will have to be provided by customer. The Surroundings The Church is located in the Brownsville, Brooklyn area right next to a Dunkin Donuts. Street parking. Short walk to train station. Two buses Short bus ride to LIRR station.

All spaces are professionally cleaned immediately before and after events, however guest are responsible for basic cleaning after events including garbage removal etc.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
