Originally built in the early 2000’s as a luxury boutique hotel called “The Pearl Of The Sea,” “The Pearl,” changed ownership in mid-2022 and underwent 9 months of renovation. The hotel then reopened with a luxurious Indochine look. Indochine design style blends the rich design elements of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia with colonial French Architecture. The result is a beautiful mesh of East and West, of ancient and modern, of class and comfort. Right next to the space, Commander’s is a farm-to-table seafood restaurant with a Raw and Steam Bar, serving fresh local seafood and drinks. As a licensed hotel in the state of Florida, we employ a dedicated team of two cleaners who sanitize our hotel daily using FDA-approved cleaning solutions. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
