About the Space

Originally built in the early 2000’s as a luxury boutique hotel called “The Pearl Of The Sea,” “The Pearl,” changed ownership in mid-2022 and underwent 9 months of renovation. The hotel then reopened with a luxurious Indochine look. Indochine design style blends the rich design elements of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia with colonial French Architecture. The result is a beautiful mesh of East and West, of ancient and modern, of class and comfort. Right next to the space, Commander’s is a farm-to-table seafood restaurant with a Raw and Steam Bar, serving fresh local seafood and drinks. As a licensed hotel in the state of Florida, we employ a dedicated team of two cleaners who sanitize our hotel daily using FDA-approved cleaning solutions. From guest rooms to common areas, we prioritize cleanliness, ensuring surfaces are disinfected, linens changed, and high-traffic areas meticulously cleaned. Our commitment extends to outdoor spaces, maintaining a pristine environment for relaxation. Additionally, we follow enhanced cleaning protocols to uphold the highest hygiene standards, prioritizing guest safety.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
