overhead fluorescent lights, some natural light from the large front windows but they are able to be blacked out, we can provide uplighting or other lighting elements. with the lights ut the space is very dark.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
yes, there is nise near the heating system and it can be loud, it is heard much less in the main showroom studio space.
between the hours of 5pm and 7 pm you can hear the karate school above with multiple members doing uniform exercises.
we are way off of the busy street!

we are very clean and pride ourselves on making sure the space is clean and guests are happy, we have Lighted exit signs and emergency lights.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
