About the Space
Very nice well appointed remodeled space with new furniture. Working jukebox. And beautiful wine cellar/storage. Extra bedroom available for make up or changing. On a palm tree lined street. Lots of space in the backyard for equipment. Separate entrance through the back gate. No street parking restrictions.

This is a home in a neighborhood, so its mostly quiet but not soundproofed. A/C is brand new and compressor is two floors above so it is close to silent.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Full cleaning after every booking is done by Mariana's cleaning service.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
