About the Space
We are surrounded by 22 acres of land, hidden in small town of Garland. Our place includes an outdoor patio that can be used for an intimate gathering. We include custom built farmhouse tables that can fit up to 10 people each. Our venue comes as a two stories, perfect to add a DJ booth or extra seating. We have high ceilings and natural lighting. Our place comes with two bathrooms. Large and tall enough to add a bounce house inside for crazy weather times. Our outdoors can be also used for micro weddings, surrounded by huge amazing trees. We are 2 minutes drive to a Neighborhood Walmart, if something is ever forgotten. We also have a huge mansion in the same area, we can rent out if you have out of state guests. We also offer party decor and give a 2 hour free if you book with us.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
