About the Space

Located at 1001 N 3rd Ave in the heart of the Roosevelt Row Arts District near Downtown Phoenix, our unique and carefully curated space is available to rent and ideal for small to medium-sized groups, events, and productions. We have 2 rooms available for rent. Each room features its own dedicated entrance. There is a shared hallway and storage room in between the two rooms. Guests will have access to the shared hallway where the restrooms and water dispensing station is located. Room Options: We have 2 rooms for rent. Our east facing room has direct access to the parking garage and has its own dedicated entrance that is not shared with anyone else in the space during your rental. Our west facing room has direct access to 3rd avenue and street parking. This room does have its own dedicated entrance and is shared with our in-house Esthetician (her room is located next to the room entrance). If your event will require you have sole access to the entrance, please indicate in your request so we can ensure she has no clients scheduled during your event. Rental Rates: Rate is all inclusive of use of the space, shared hallway, bathrooms and FloWater filling station. 10% discount is offered for recurring rentals, rentals that are 8+ hours, and rentals including both rooms. Rate varies based on the day / time of day you rent. · Monday - Friday before 4pm $60 per hour · Monday - Friday after 4pm $70 per hour · Saturday - Sunday $80 per hour Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee is applicable when serving food and / or beverages. Renter is responsible for tidying up the space and removing all trash. The cleaning fee will cover our team arriving after the rental to vacuum and mop the floors to prepare the room for the next user. If you will not have food / beverage during your rental, this fee will not be applicable. If you need to bring in any additional items, you may do so. Ensure you include this setup / takedown time in the total hours needed for your rental. Area should be completely cleaned up after having food and / or beverages and trash should be removed after and placed in the dumpster located along the side of the building. *Additional Services: If use of our other items or services are required, there will be an additional charge. A thorough deep clean is provided multiple times throughout the week by Elevate staff. Guests renting the space are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
