**About the Space** Modern office-lounge studio in Woodland Hills, in the heart of the San Fernando Valley and minutes from the greater Los Angeles area. This roughly 1,400 sq ft creative space is built for photo shoots, video production, interviews, talking-head videos, podcasts, brand content, social media content, and office-style scenes. The main rentable area is a polished office-lounge room with light-grey walls, wood-look flooring, black leather seating, a glossy black coffee table, framed wall art, and a wall-mounted TV. On camera it reads instantly as a sleek corporate office, executive lounge, or waiting room — a ready-to-shoot backdrop for interviews, branded content, and lifestyle setups without building a set. The layout makes it easy to create more than one setup in a single booking. **Green screen / chroma key:** The studio can be configured with a green screen for keying and virtual backgrounds — ideal for content creators, brand work, and shoots that need a flexible or custom background in post. **Lighting:** Fixed studio lighting is included with every booking. Additional floor lights and a full lighting package are available as paid add-ons when your production needs more control. **Live production control room:** A live production control room may be available for select bookings with required technical staff and approved in-house camera setup. Not included in the standard studio rental. The control room is not self-service — it requires our technical staff on site and use of our approved in-house camera/setup, and live broadcast support is not included in the hourly studio rental. Restrooms are nearby. A staff kitchen sits behind a separating wall and door; kitchen use is limited and must be approved in advance. Easy load-in for camera gear, lighting, props, and wardrobe. **Parking:** Paid parking is available at the building and is not included in your booking. Please review the parking notes before you arrive. **Booking:** 2-hour minimum. Add-ons are available for extra lighting, green screen setup, staging, and production support.
