About the Space
The conference center was created to offer the local community an affordable space to conduct business or host events. The 18' by 25' conference room features gray brushed oak floors and furniture, complemented by marble and brass hardware and decoration. Also included are a full kitchen and an oversized bathroom, plus ample folding tables and chairs to accommodate larger events. It is AVAILABLE for rent for meetings, mixers, and more. We hope our local community can make use of this new meeting place!

We keep the conference clean as well as the rest of the building during regular cleanings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
