About the Space
Detroit, Michigan event venue for all types of events including weddings, receptions, Funeral repast, showers, corporate events and special occasions. Our building is flexible and customizable for each customer to personalize their event down to the smallest detail. You are free to choose your favorite caterer, florist, photographer and more! This all-inclusive experience allows you to customize your event to be unique to you. We have 2 different room options available for your event.

Parking description
Street parking available in front and side of building. There is also a large parking across the street. Temporary parking is also available to renter for loading and unloading if necessary.
General Rules
1. Respect the event space.
2. No smoking in the building.
3. Do not block exits
4. No loitering outside of property.
5. No pets allowed
6. BYOB and outside catering is allowed
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security camera are located outside around the perimeter of the building. We are also in the process of installing indoor cameras in each event room.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect all surfaces and equipment in between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
