About the Space: This newly remodeled, boho chic modern home is a gorgeous light filled event space. It is a great place to host an intimate birthday, baby shower, or team meetings. You will have use of the upstairs open entertaining space, over 1600 sq feet of indoor entertaining space. The home has an open floor plan (living room, dining room, and kitchen) that can host up to a 15-person gathering. Comes complete with full modern kitchen and large island. The kitchen flows to the backyard paradise we call "The Courtyard" which offers an additional 400sqft of outdoor space in privacy. There are two bedrooms with queen beds that can be included as well. The property sits in the center of massive oak trees giving the home a "tree house" feel. The standard rental period is 5 hours or more anytime between 8AM and 6PM.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
