Unique home on one acre in quiet suburb of San Diego. Modern and airy open floor plan. Kitchen and bar open to living and dining rooms and flow seamlessly into the lush tropical backyard with pool. Extra large modern kitchen and bar. Vaulted living room. Billiard room. Lots of natural light. Large master suite perfect for filming or dressing, hair and makeup. Large circular driveway has ample parking. Four car garage can be used for storage area or craft services.

This space is gorgeous. Period. No question of that. Pictures do not do it justice. My party guests were in awe. And Sherrie is a wonderful and gracious host. She set very basic ground rules for the space (essentially, don’t leave a mess) and wanted us to have fun. So incredibly grateful to have found this. I plan on bringing our company party here annually.

My husband and I have nothing but absolute wonderful things to say about the host and this venue! Sherrie has been nothing short of amazing. Very responsive, kind and generous. The space is impeccable and gorgeous. So many options for different types of events. All of our guests were blown away at how clean and beautiful the home was. The entire experience was flawless and we couldn’t ask for anything more. Will recommend to everyone and hope to rent it in the future.
