Pricing is for Studio only. Engineer is not included. We can provide an engineer at additional hourly rate or you can bring your own (or record yourself). One room Music Recording Studio with Sound booth. Neumann U 87 Ai Microphone Universal Audio LA-610 MKII Vocal Compressor/Pre-Amp Apollo Twin MkII Quad Audio Interface Monitor in sound booth with wireless keyboard and mouse to allow for self recording. ProTools, Logic & Fruity Loops recording software

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
