About the Space
This one bedroom apartment is modern, stylish, and clean. There is a fully appointed kitchen which guests are free to use. Bathroom with shower and tub combination. Stackable washer and dryer in the walk-in closet. Guests have private access to the space. There are steps leading up to the front entrance. Our apartment has been used for personal boudoir shoots and commercial photography shoots.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned and disinfected between each booking. All high touch surfaces doorknobs, light switches, kitchen hardware, kitchen appliances, etc. are disinfected during each cleaning. All linens are washed and dried using hypoallergenic detergent.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
