About the Space
Enjoy this stylish space located in a great location. 15 mins to the east starts the beautiful coastline while 15 mins to the west you have the nightlife of downtown. Jax airport is 20 minutes to the North and UNF is 10 minutes to the South. You are surrounded by nonstop restaurants and eateries in addition to stores and little shops for almost anything you could think of. The space was designed with technology in mind. All lights, including lamps, can be controlled by the smart light switches on the wall and most of the lights can change colors via the same switch. Access to the space is via keyless entry for your convenience, and there is both private and street parking available. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
