The circuit breaker is easily accessible through the garage, and the entire house has been placed on a surge protector for the protection of your electrical equipment

House Rules Respect the Space: Treat the home as if it were your own. Be mindful of the furnishings and decorations. Any damages must be reported immediately. Noise Control: Keep the volume at a considerate level, especially after 10 PM, to respect our neighbors. This includes music, conversations, and any other activities. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas if you need to smoke. Drink Responsibly: If alcohol is present, drink responsibly. We reserve the right to ask anyone who appears overly intoxicated to leave for their own safety. Guest List Adherence: Only invitees are allowed at the party. No additional guests without prior approval from the host. Safe and Respectful Behavior: Respect all guests. No aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated. Keep Areas Clean: Use trash bins provided for waste. Try to clean up spills or messes as they occur. No Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden on the premises. Dress Code: Adhere to any specified dress code for the event. End Time Adherence: The party must wind down at the agreed-upon end time. Please start preparing to leave 15 minutes before this time. Parking Guidelines: Park only in designated areas to avoid inconveniencing neighbors. Personal Belongings: Keep track of your personal items. The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use Facilities Responsibly: Bathrooms are available for your use. Please keep them as you found them. No Pets Allowed: Unless previously agreed upon with the host, please leave pets at home. Feedback and Suggestions: If you have any concerns or suggestions during the event, please discreetly bring them to the host's attention.
