Check-out: - Please honor that time so that the space can be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. - Start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes before you leave. Dishes on the third floor do not need to be washed. - Throw away all trash and remove all food from the refrigerator. - Turn off and cover the fire pit. - Lock both the sky deck door and the front door. House Rules: - Unregistered pets and guests are not allowed. - Excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee. - Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property, including outdoors. The fee for smoking is $200.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
