Lakeside Photo Studio with Skylight Lighting
About the Space
The studio is set up with a section for backdrop use photography, and a section with newborn bed photography. I have a full size bed, 2 victorian sofas, and 1 victorian chair (and more!). I also have a hair and makeup vanity/mirror. There are 2 desks available for use, one being a glass art desk. The studio is very open and spacious. Some furniture can be moved to create even more space if needed (ex. bed is on wheels). There is also a very large closet with multiple props and a client closet. My clientele is usually primarily boudoir and motherhood but the studio is great for all kinds of sessions. There are 3 large skylights over most of the ceiling so natural lighting is amazing. Projector and movie screen available as well (difficult to use during daylight hours due to skylights). Shared bathroom down the hall. Heating/Cooling. Mini fridge available for use (please do not take anything that you didn't bring). Bluetooth radio available. Professional lighting equipment available for use with add on price. No one lives in the other rooms, they are all businesses.

Health and Safety Measures
All clothing/bedding/throws are washed and sanitized between all sessions. All furniture is wiped and disinfected often. Rugs are spray disinfected and vacuumed often. Floors are swept and cleansed often. Props are disinfected often. Entire space is dusted often.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
