About the Space
The home is 2,500 square feet, with plenty of space for a meeting or photo shoot. -Original hardwood floor throughout the home. -Four bedrooms with natural light and large windows. -Backyard with lush flora and a Galveston mural on the fence. Also has a table under a gazebo that can be lit up in the evenings.

We are located on a corner lot with space for up to four cars on the street.

Lighting description
Several large windows in each room. Horizontal blinds are on all windows. The kitchen and screened porch are south facing and receive the most sunlight throughout the day. The bedrooms on the east side receive the most sunlight before noon. The dining room and living room are on the west side, which receives the most sunlight afternoon.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Quiet neighborhood with some ambient car noise from the street. Appliances emit minimal sound. Mini splits are in each room and emit low to moderate sound.

Equipment loading description
Equipment must be brought up the stairs. Loading trucks can park on the street near the driveway which is a straight path to the stairs.

There are at least 2-3 outlets in each room. The circuit breaker is located in the laundry room.

General Rules
-Please no smoking in the house.
-Please respect quiet hours between 10:30 pm - 7 AM.
-Please park on the street as we have tenants that park on the driveway.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture must be put on sliders when moving to ensure wood flooring is not damaged. Furniture can be moved within the home but not removed from the home. All furniture must be returned to their original positioning before checkout. TVs should not be removed from the walls.

There is one camera located outside of the entrance to the main home.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaner come in between every booking and she is very meticulous.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
