Petra Burlington is a unique and well designed co-working space that offers fixed and shared desk, monthly memberships, day and night passes, along with a lobby for vendors and a conference room. We have two bathrooms on each floor. The downstairs area doubles as an event space for up to 60 guest. Upstairs we have an event area with two rooms, one with an awesome view of downtown Burlington. Need a quiet space to come get things done? We offer day and night passes for those who need a place to print, have meetings, create art or content, and take product pictures. Get access to our WiFi and complimentary water, tea, and coffee. Need an event space to host your corporate parties, baby showers, or vending events? Petra Burlington is the space for you! We also have a room upstairs perfect for photographers and videographers or podcast recordings.

Office is cleaned after every booking and every two nights for general cleaning.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
