Very large open space with concrete floors, 14' high ceilings, and designer furnishings. The main shooting area features a 20'Wx16'Lx14'H white cyclorama wall. The space is perfect for studio photography or shooting in the furnished space. 3 minute walk from the Jefferson L train. 5 minute walk from The Imagining World. 10 minute walk from CSI Rentals. Small furniture can be moved (chairs, plants, coffee table, floor mirror etc.). Larger furniture cannot be moved (credenza, sofas, etc.). Kitchen: There is a kitchen area with a full fridge and freezer, sink, cold/hot water dispenser, garbage and recycling bins, and an 8'x2' countertop space, perfect for crafty setups. Light: The window wall of the space is Southwest facing. It gets incredible light throughout the entire day. Direct light appears in the early morning increases in intensity in the later afternoon. Sunset light is direct with no obstructions. Sound: The studio is located on the 4th floor with concrete floors and ceilings, and sound proofed walls and double paned windows. It remains very quiet throughout the day. Bathroom: There are shared bathrooms located in the hallway, outside of the studio.
