Our Recording Studio was built out of a prohibition-era Speakeasy, located inside a charismatic 1930s Mediterranean Villa on the Hollywood Hills. The studio was established more than 10 years ago, and it has been recently renovated to be suitable for the following services: - recording - mixing - music production - songwriting - arrangements - remote recording - vocal editing/tuning - audio podcast - filming location. The studio space has retained another era vibe and intimacy through the conservation of original frescos and rich wood walls. You have the following leasing options: - renting nothing but the studio by the hour (min. 3 hrs) we have award winning sound engineers , songwriters , photographers and videographers available. - renting the amazing historic Estate + the studio (contact us to explore our leasing packages)

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
